Program: Women's fitness and self defense
Description: 1 hour class, twice a week, no uniform Basic karate skills, exercise, basic self-defense 3 month or 6 month payment only
Program: traditional karate classes and Mix Martial Arts
First hour class geared towards younger children Second hour class geared towards older children and adults Saturday morning for all ages Early morning classes for adults Monthly payment required
Program: Summer Schedule
Description: Traditional karate classes will run from the beginning of July through the middle of August. Classes will be offered twice a week for a special summer price.
NOTE:
No Contract for kids.
Private lessons available.
